Interprètes de conférence 簡介
The “Conference Interpreter” mobile application aims to make it easier for interpreters to manage their schedule, by having access to their schedule directly on their phone.
The app:
- serves as an extension of the existing website on computer (the same information is found on both platforms)
The visual :
- refined presentation aimed at simplifying knowledge of its calendar, with weekly, monthly and future information.
Benefits :
- More functions than on the computer, with the ability to add: “missions”, “to be consulted”, “unavailability”, “RSI only” or “refused missions”.
-Possibility to indicate yourself the titles of the missions, the dates and times, the description, the client, the fees, as well as the status of the mission. The same goes for the other additions (“unavailability”, “missions refused”, etc.) where it is easy to specify the reason, date and time.
-Possibility to take a look at your statistics (firm missions/options/refused/unavailable).
-Ability to add the mention “invoice” or “paid” to a mission.
-Freedom to correct personal information (telephone number, address or languages A, B, C)
Warning :
-The application promotes the autonomy of interpreters, but it does not allow them to have total control over their schedule (not in the first version of the application).
-Regulation from the secretariat is still in place (if you want to modify certain information, you must contact the secretariat who will take care of the modifications).
-If getting started with the application seems too difficult for some, the secretariat will continue to fully manage the schedule of the people concerned.
