Muhammad Sani Umar Rijiyar Lemo, (born July 1, 1970) is an Islamic scholar in Nigeria with expertise in Hadith and Tafsir. He was awarded the national honor.

Malam did his primary school at Khairul Bariyya Islamic Primary School in Kano (1978-1983). He then continued his Junior High School (H.I.S) at Shahuci High School, Kano (1987), and went on to the School of Advanced Islamic Studies, Gwale, where he completed Senior Islamic Studies with Distinction in the year 1989.
Dr. Muhammad Sani received a scholarship in the Department of Hadith Science at the Islamic University of Medina after completing his first degree in Hadith Science and Islamic Studies (B.A. in Hadith Science and Islamic Studies, 1994) and his second degree in Hadith Science and Islamic Studies. Islamic studies (M.A. in Hadith Science and Islamic Studies, 2000) both of them graduated with the highest honor (First Class and Distinction). Due to his desire for deep knowledge and research, the teacher went on to study for his third degree (PhD) at the Islamic University of Madinah, which God gave him the opportunity to complete in 2005, with the highest honor (Distinction).
