The Cuvex App is built under the Zero Knowledge policy. Cuvex does not request, store or manage any identifying data of users. The permissions that are requested are strictly those necessary for the required functionalities.
No personal data is required to use it. Any customer can use the App and manage their Cuvex cards without indicating any personal data in the App, not even the email.
Our App is designed to be used easily and intuitively.
With the Cuvex App you can:
Know the balance of your wallets. "Watch Only"
Cuvex has a unique service in the sector, called "Watch Only". This allows you to receive alerts of balance reduction or increase in your wallet in real time. You only need to link the public keys of your Crypto assets. This data does not give the App any control of them, it only allows the App to show you the balance and transactions of them. This data is stored in the secure element of your Smartphone, and if you activate the Cuvex Balance Alerts service, it will subscribe it to its cloud block explorer engine.
Cuvex will never have knowledge or ability to know the link between user and public keys linked to the Balance Alerts service.
*After 3 months of use only this service of the App will have a cost in case you want to continue using it.
Manage cards.
For security, we do not recommend that you physically label your Cuvex cards. In the App, you can manage them by viewing the Alias that you have assigned them from the Cuvex device.
In addition, Cuvex will notify you when it is advisable to clone your cryptogram to a new card, since these usually have a useful life of approximately 10 years or 15,000 cycles.

Update the Firmware.
Keeping your Cuvex device updated is not only a guarantee of security, but it will also allow you to enjoy all the new features that we are implementing.
From the App, we will notify you of each update and you can synchronize your Cuvex device, through a fully encrypted Bluetooth connection with an asymmetric key exchange and with the validation of the Firmware Hash. What makes the update process completely secure, without the need to connect it to a PC.
